Nadia is an Executive Consultant, Coach, Global Key Account Manager and is a part of the leadership team of atrain, GmbH in Germany and the Global Leadership Team. As a Global Key Account Manager, Nadia leads global account strategy and teams who support the local needs of the customer. Her scope of activities includes whole project processes, ranging from the specification of customer needs, through the tailored design of processes and program contents to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation.
Nadia has a great passion for developing people and organizations, on both a team and an individual level. Her experience with clients from all around the world gives her a global focus and international diversity. This enables her to successfully collaborate on a global level with stakeholders from various cultural and environmental backgrounds.
Nadia has been responsible for the conceptualization, program management, and facilitation of executive assessments and development centers for global pharmaceutical companies across industries. She has also conceptualized and implemented leadership summits in the area of strategic agility, change management and leadership. Additionally, she has created and implemented various skill builder workshops in the areas of Development Planning, Feedback & Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Leadership Team meeting, Agile Teams. She has delivered Keynote speeches on the topics of Agile Transformation, Busy-ness, and the VUCA concept.
