Mary Riposo

Mary Riposo holds a B.A. in Sociology from Emory University and an M.A. in Clinical-Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron.  In addition to collaborating with Scitrain as an executive coach, she has extensive experience in both community-based mental health agencies and private practices creating a proven track record of empowering clients through a strength-based perspective.

Mary draws upon skills and tools from a mental health background while incorporating mindfulness and values-based approaches to foster insight and grow skills needed to navigate professional challenges. Her diverse background includes co-owning a mental health practice since 2021 and overseeing a small business in Italy while living abroad.

These roles have provided her with firsthand experiences that have allowed her to cultivate leadership acumen, implement business strategies, strengthen cultural competency, and practice agility under pressure. Her individualized coaching approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of executives looking to build awareness, interpersonal skills, resiliency, and adaptability.

Mary remains committed to continuous learning and development, promoting a growth mindset in her coaching and embodying it herself. She is dedicated to supporting her clients’ professional development and brings energy and excitement to the process.
