Dennis’ career began as a private practice psychotherapist. After 14 years of enjoying a thriving practice, business leaders began asking for his assistance building strategic and cohesive teams, mediating disputes, teaching emotional intelligence, assessing candidates, and developing industry leaders. He has been influencing full time via coaching and consulting throughout the US and globally since 1999.
