Emily has over 20 years of experience in HR, training, leadership and organizational development as both a practitioner and a consultant. She also spent a portion of her career in core business operations. As a result, she has worked with leaders at all levels — from her own employees to senior executives in Fortune 500 companies. Emily brings this diverse perspective to her coaching conversations.

Emily’s favorite part of coaching is when clients see themselves or their situations in a new light. She thoroughly enjoys her role in helping them tap into the clarity and the confidence they need to achieve their goals! You can expect Emily to challenge your perspectives, push you to think bigger and support you with encouragement, accountability, and feedback along the way.

On a personal note…
Emily and her husband have two very active kids. Their favorite sports are tennis and football, so fall is chaos in their household. Emily plays tennis herself. She also loves to travel and is always planning her next trip (or yours!). She is an active member of her church and volunteers as a leader in the middle school youth group. Emily loves home improvement projects and enjoys spending time outdoors in nature, both activities give her time to indulge in another love — audiobooks!

Emily’s clients say:

“Emily is a tremendous coach. I’ve worked with coaches before in my past, and she is an excellent listener. She analyzes my thoughts effectively, is compassionate and is practical in her suggestions.”

“Emily helped me see through the ‘fog’ that was clouding my judgement in a few areas. Her approach allowed me to find the answers to my questions without her actually answering them herself. It was extremely helpful and insightful.”

“Honestly. Emily is SO AMAZING. She has helped me really think and reflect deeply on how and why I work, what to expect from others, and how to explain my expectations. As a director, it can be difficult to invest time into personal or professional growth, so this helps me tremendously.”
