Beth combines her 30-plus years of global leadership in Fortune 500 companies, along with her coaching training to help clients increase their performance and exceed their goals. She specializes in helping people identify how to leverage their strengths to meet objectives, while addressing any potential opportunity areas.
Having developed a reputation as an outstanding people leader and being passionate about helping individuals meet their goals and live up to their full potential, transitioning from corporate leadership to full-time coaching was an obvious next step. Beth partners with clients to set and exceed goals, develop high performing leaders, increase team effectiveness, resolve conflicts and make clear progress toward goals.
Beth understands what it’s like to work in business, and to be in the leadership conference room or the board room. She worked for over three decades in a variety of general management and marketing leadership roles and understands both the challenges as well as the opportunities in a corporate environment. Beth also serves as a Board Director on a large for-profit company and on several large not-for-profit boards. She has experience in Consumer Goods, Industrial, Health Care, Life Sciences and Financial Services, and has very deep experience in global roles.
