A business trainer and consultant for 31 years, Dale Perryman has worked with some of the largest corporations in the world. Dale started teaching college classes at 20, and after completing a Master’s degree from Oklahoma State University for 2 years at OSU, he moved to the Dallas area and worked as a full-time trainer for LTV Missiles and Electronics Group and ARCO Oil and Gas Company, conducting 183 days of training in fourteen cities, eight states, and one foreign country in a single year.
In early 1994, Dale founded the Center for Organizational Learning.
Dale has worked with numerous Johnson & Johnson companies including Ethicon, Advanced Sterilization Products, Neutrogena, and Johnson & Johnson Medical, as well as firms including Thomson Reuters, Comerica Bank, Nationstar, and Glazer’s.
Dale is an adjunct faculty and teaches project management for the SMU Guildhall School of Video Game Production. SMU Guildhall was ranked #1 for game design by the Princeton Review in 2017.
In 2015, Dale created an app to help managers plan, facilitate, summarize and disseminate meeting agreements more effectively and efficiently. The app is called MyMeetingPro.
Dale specializes in training, facilitation, new product development, executive coaching, merger integration, and technology implementation. He teaches topics including Negotiation, Behavioral Interviewing, Influencing Without Authority, Facilitation Skills, Leading Change, Effective Meetings, and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
In Dale’s spare time, he trades stock options, plays a mean game of Texas Holdem or Omaha and dabbles in standup comedy where he recently showcased at The Improv in Addison, TX.
