He has published 3 books: “So wollen Top-Talente arbeiten. Handlungsempfehlungen für eine Unternehmenskultur der Zukunft”, Transformationen in Automobilunternehmen“ and „Singularity Leadership: Your company´s guide to surviving digitization”.

He is mentoring students in Myanmar and previously Global Leadership Fellows at the World Economic Forum that he is regularly attending since 2015.
