Ken Parekh brings over twenty-five years’ experience advising global profit and non-profit businesses and boards, strengthening organizational & leadership capabilities and building and leading high- performance teams.

Ken has a passion for growing and developing people and has forged and cultivated relationships with many leading organizations. He specializes in leadership development and executive coaching assignments for fast growth technology, professional services and mission driven organizations with an emphasis on working with analytical, entrepreneurial leaders and scaling businesses. He also has extensive experience in group and team coaching and facilitating leadership development programs and board governance.

His coaching clients include Roche/Genentech, Google, Nutanix, Informatica, PopSugar, PharmaCCX, Salesforce, Agilent, Cisco, Kaiser Permanente, Paypal, VMware, Workday, Zillow, and Deloitte Consulting. His not-for-profit clients include Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Children & Families First, Neighborhood Housing Services and Boys Hope Girls Hope. He has worked with functional leaders in R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Legal as well as the CXO suite and Executive & Board Directors.

Prior to working with coaching networks ParekhPartners LLC, CoachSource LLC and Center for Creative Leadership, Ken was a Senior Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International driving executive recruiting and talent development for advanced technology and services clients. In addition, Ken was a Principal with Deloitte Consulting where he founded their successful High Technology practice and was a leader in their innovation and supply chain practices.
