Pam is a certified executive coach and consultant who is dedicated to working with individuals and teams to create positive change, improve performance, and get desired results. An enthusiastic coach, her niche is helping people build healthier relationships and connections. Pam guides clients down a path that assists them in identifying who they are, uncovers what they want, and holds them with caring accountability to make it happen. She brings a gift of candor mixed with lightheartedness that makes working with her feel like a breath of fresh air.
Pam serves as adjunct faculty for Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program where she mentors, develops, and assesses new coaching students. She is committed to helping leaders and their colleagues create healthy, constructive partnerships and teams where all parties are engaged and working together to get results every day. Pam is masterful at working with people stuck in conflict as well as people avoiding conflict. She thoroughly understands change and transition and knows how to coach managers to move their people through it.
Pam has designed and implemented two corporate universities and three coaching programs. She held organizational effectiveness and leadership coaching roles in Washington, D.C. for the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) and served as Deputy Chief Learning Officer and as a Senior Executive in the role of Deputy Human Resources Director with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Prior to working at the SEC, Pam held a variety of leadership and organizational development positions, including serving as a national trainer and coach with 20 years of service at the Environmental Protection Agency in Denver, CO.
