Romeck had the privilege of working as an executive coach in a variety of countries, cultures and contexts – and in all these settings, finding a similar spark in leaders: the desire to grow and develop in service to something greater, to make a difference, to unlock the potential in themselves and others. Fanning that spark into a steady flame is challenging and often a great joy – and it leads to sustainable results.

As an executive coach, his focus is on supporting his coachees to grow into the leader their current challenges ask them to become. To truly thrive in complexity, we need to develop the inner complexity to match the ever-increasing complexity of the outer context leaders face. When working together, not only the coachee’s context will be mapped out, but also the worldview or “Action Logic” that he or she  is operating from – the coachee’s internal operating system gets to be updated. Romeck’s coaching work also has a relational focus – because in every single leadership challenge he has ever encountered in his work, one of the key points of leverage is how to conduct relationships.
