Dr. Sam Crowe is a leadership and transformation coach who advocates for brave, human-centered leading and living. She’s an expert in emotions, decision making, and resilience, holding a doctorate degree in neuroscience and 10+ years of research experience at Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, and the National Institutes of Health.
Sam has formerly served as a strategy advisor at the global consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton. Here, she built a multimillion-dollar portfolio focused on military health and wellness. She also advised military leaders and grew effective teams in a matrixed, dispersed environment. Sam then assumed an internal coaching and advising role at the industry trade association, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America. Here she served as chief of staff and senior advisor to executive leaders.
Sam now serves across sectors and industries, coaching rising leaders, executives, and business owners. She does so using a whole-person approach that integrates social, psychological, and behavioral sciences. This approach emphasizes working with our innate humanness and integrating our personal and professional selves.
