Yang Zhang is an experienced leadership and team coach. Since 2009, Yang has coached numerous leaders and teams in global organizations through personal and organizational changes. Yang helps people increase self-awareness in their intention and impact, discover their purpose and values, and design actionable experiments to bring about learning and transformation.
Yang was born and raised in China and lived for 14 years in the U.S.. After receiving her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in the U.S. Yang is an ICF Certified Coach and hold a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organisational Psychology, with a specific focus on unleashing the potential of diverse teams.
