Amy is a seasoned executive coach and leadership development consultant with a strong track record of developing and maintaining deep and lasting partnerships with her clients. With a background in the assessment and coaching of executives, Amy facilitates performance improvement and gets results by helping successful people realize their highest potential. She is skilled at partnering with clients to create learning processes that target their unique needs and lead to lasting behavior change and improved business results. Amy works with C-level executives, high potential leaders, and leaders in transition who are motivated to broaden, deepen, or stretch their skills. In a previous role as Senior Consultant at a prestigious international consulting firm, she was recognized as one of its top coaches and held a leadership position in the coaching services practice area.

Amy has several years of experience teaching in a university context, has lectured at the Cox Executive Business School at SMU, and has served on the advisory board for the Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at Argosy University.
