Tanisha has over 20 years of business experience driving transformational change at global, large, and early-stage companies, as well as over 10 years of professional coaching experience.

Her coaching focuses on driving behavioral change by using design thinking as a tool to break through personal, professional, and organizational hurdles. This process is anchored in a deeply reflective, playful, and experiential approach that ensures creativity is at the heart of all growth and development.

Tanisha began her career as a management consultant at Accenture leading strategic initiatives for global companies in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry.
