Frank’s main areas of expertise include Strategic Talent Management solution design and implementation, high-potential identification, top management assessments and succession, team effectiveness, leadership development and 1:1 coaching initiatives. His evidence and strengths-based approach to coaching and development draws on an eclectic mix of disciplines including research in adult learning, systems theory, cognitive-behavioural science and sports psychology.

Mr. Frank Berton has over 15 years of experience working as a management consultant and coach across industry sectors and geographic territories, always with a focus to support people strategy, business objectives, change, growth and mindsets for greater resilience. He completed a business degree and earned a Master’s in HR and Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney where he also served as President of the Coaching and Mentoring Association.

Building on a deep appreciation for the complexity and contextual challenges of transformational leadership or what he notes as “leadership that matters”, he works exploratively off his client’s agenda and helps with developing change capabilities and enhancing their sense of empowerment, leading to more of their potential being expressed.
