Randy Kitzmiller

Randy is a dedicated and accomplished leader with a proven track record of developing and training leaders in the manufacturing industry. Randy has expertise in helping business leaders grow their business by developing strong leadership excellence, seeking opportunities to leverage his extensive experience and skills to contribute to organizational growth and success, with a strong emphasis on training and development.

During Randy’s tenure as the President and COO for Venture Products, he provided strategic direction and leadership for the company. He led the organization through a period of substantial growth and expansion and developed and implemented leadership development programs to nurture talent within the organization. Randy conducted regular training sessions to enhance leadership skills and capabilities to support the high growth, and  successfully led the organization through the transition from a family-owned organization to the purchase by Toro a publicly held company, ensuring they did not lose their culture. 

Randy has acted as an independent coach and consultant, providing expert guidance in leadership development and manufacturing strategies to organizations outside of Ventrac and Venture Products, Inc. He has offered specialized training and consultation services, focusing on enhancing leadership skills, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency. He utilized DISC and DDI assessment tools to create tailored development plans for leaders and teams. Delivered workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to drive leadership excellence.
